Feedback is currency for any business!

How often have you walked out of a store/restaurant/cafe/shop unhappy with your experience and gone on to tell someone about it or you have written a negative review about it on social media?

New Zealanders are known to hold back on the truth when it comes to giving feedback in the moment.  Instead choosing to wait until they are out of the store/shop/restaurant/cafe to tell others about their experience.

Humans are conditioned to respond with the standard response of “good thanks” when asked “How are you?” instead of speaking their truth.  I often answer with how I actually am and that shocks some people.  Well don’t ask me a question if you are not prepared for the answer.

When it comes to what we do, feedback is currency for our business.

It is the driver behind the scenes in determining what we do and how we do it.

If something isn’t working, we make changes.  When we receive feedback we pass it on to the appropriate parties and work with them to make the necessary changes.  We want to make sure our clients receive the best service with every booking.

Sometimes things are out of our control however when we receive negative feedback we make sure that that does not happen again.

One of our POD’s (point of difference) is that we are available throughout the duration of every booking.  Our team are only a phone call or text away from having your questions or concerns answered.  We do this to make sure that if something does go wrong we can rectify it straight away.

We do not want you sitting there feeling anything other than euphoria for each other.  We do not like the idea of our clients sitting there feeling uneasy or dissatisfied with something.  That is not why we do what we do.

We encourage you to phone or text us or speak to your host directly to make sure that they are given the opportunity to rectify the issue at the time.

We do not want you having to feel disappointed about anything.

We know how precious your time together is and we want it to be the most Romantic it can be.  So please do not waste another minute and reach out should something concern you.  This is what we love to do, our goal is to make sure you are 100% happy during every booking.

Your feedback is vital to our business, it is what drives us and without it we cannot grow and adapt to your needs.  Please do not hesitate to give us immediate feedback.  It will ensure you have the best time possible and that is what we want too.
