Once off the main highway, your journey begins with a 25-minute scenic drive through a beautiful historic farming area before reaching the designated car park. Once at the carpark it is only a 15-20 minute walk through native bush to your destination.
Sit back, relax, soak in the views and enjoy a complete absence of people. Comfortable deck chairs are provided, as is the most comfortable bed we can find. Here all the facilities you require including a fabulous shower, flush toilet, crisp linen, cooking and eating equipment including a gas hob and barbeque, tea coffee and milk; as well as an assortment of games, local reference books, a telescope and a whole lot of nothing to do!
You can either bring your own supplies, or preorder a hamper when you make your reservation.
The hamper is made from the best available fresh local seasonal ingredients and includes a tasting platter for a starter. The main dish can range from beef, lamb, venison and fish (ready for you to cook yourself on either the cooktop or the barbeque), with seasonal vegetables or salad.
To finish your evening meal, there is a sweet treat or seasonal fruit. Breakfast is delicious homemade muesli with locally made organic yoghurt and a fruit compote. If you have a specific dietary requirement please let us know and we will adjust the menu accordingly.
Not suitable for those with mobility challenges (sorry). Glass, when wet, is slippery and unsafe so we provide facilities for your wet shoes and jackets.
While you can walk back out to stock up on supplies you’ll find that the desire to stay put and relax is overwhelming! So please ensure you have enough food and drink to totally indulge the isolation.
Another cabin close by can also accommodate 2 people should you be travelling with another couple. Both cabins are totally private from one another.

Please read our FAQ’s regarding payments, booking notice and details of each listing.
We recommend that bookings are made at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date to allow for your Romantic Delights gift box to arrive (should you choose to order one).
For all bookings made with less than 2 weeks notice there is no guarantee that your gift box will arrive in time. Should it not arrive in time for your getaway, it will be sent to your home address instead.
